Founded in 1995 by Elder Odudimu, De Stars Learning Schools began with a simple yet powerful vision to provide every child with the opportunity, support, and environment needed to flourish.
What started with just 10 pupils and five classrooms has grown into a thriving educational community of over 1,000 learners. Despite our growth and advancement in facilities, our mission remains the same to nurture character, inspire excellence, and develop future leaders.

When I set out to establish this gateway of learning in January 1995, following a decade of dedicated service in the Lagos State Ministry of Education, my vision was clear and absolute. I did not want to build just another school; I desired to create a nurturing sanctuary where children could be holistically guided in all ramifications of life. As a daughter raised in a home built on deep faith, a proud wife to my husband Abiola, and a mother blessed with beautiful children, I know firsthand that the education of a child requires an equilibrium of uncompromising intellectual discipline and a boundless heart of gold.
Every child walking through our doors is received not merely as a student, but as a unique, starlight possibility to be guided into greatness. Our educational philosophy transcends standard textbook frameworks. We are here to intentionally spark creativity, cultivate unyielding moral integrity, and shape charismatic future leaders who will navigate an ever-changing world with wisdom, grace, and purposeful direction.
